Getting started with SIT STAY SORT is simple. Whether you need a one-time decluttering session, recurring pet care, or ongoing concierge support, we follow a personalized three-step process:
1. The Discovery Call
Every great partnership starts with a conversation. We will hop on a quick, complimentary 15-minute call to discuss your specific needs-whether it is a chaotic closet, a busy travel schedule, or a puppy who needs extra love.
2. The Custom Action Plan
Based on our chat, we will create a tailored plan just for you. For concierge and household management, we can set up a reoccurring weekly block or a per-project hourly rate. We will provide a clear quote and a timeline so there are never any surprises.
3. Enjoy Your Free Time
Once the plan is set, we get to work! We handle the logistics, the errands, and the organizing. You will receive regular updates (and cute pet photos!), giving you total peace of mind while you reclaim your day.
Booking Options
A La Carte: Best for one-off errands, travel bookings, or quick organization projects.
The Signature Monthly Membership: Secure a set number of concierge hours per month to ensure your household runs like clockwork year-round.
Cancellation Policies
Overnight Pet Sitting | 7-Day
Clients will not be charged if they cancel by noon one week before the stay starts. After that, you will be charged 50% of the overnight rate for the first 7 cancelled days.
Daytime Pet Sitting | 1-Day
Clients will not be charged if they cancel by noon the day before the booking starts.
Drop-In Visits & Dog Walking | Same Day
Clients will not be charged if they cancel before the booking starts.
